How long will it take to get my order?

That is a tough question! We are a small studio and fulfillment depends on a myriad of factors including what items are in stock and if it is a custom order depending on size of piece and how many orders are ahead of you etc. it may take up to a month or more. If you need it by a certain date be sure to let us know.

How does shipping work?

We ship in Canada and the US using their standard shipping rates. Your parcel should arrive within 1-2 weeks. We will send you confirmation of sent item once your parcel is in the mail. Cost of shipping will depend on items being sent. We will let you know cost of shipping at time of order.

Is your pottery dishwasher/microwave safe?

The answer is yes! We fire to cone 6 which means that all our pottery is safe to use in your dishwasher and microwave. All the glazes used in our studio are also food safe and tested for porosity to ensure your pieces do not leak on your favorite piece of furniture!

Can I order an item with a different glaze color than shown?

Yes you can! We use mostly Mayco and Amaco glazes so if there is a color or color combination you love on pinterest email me a picture and we will try to accomadate you. Keep in mind sometimes glazes and kilns have a mind of their own and depending on how thick they are applied etc the glaze may turn out slightly different than the photo you send me.

Can I order a sculpture of my horse or pet?

Again the answer is yes! Send us a two or three close up photos of your horse from the front, rear, side and close up of head with instructions on what pose you would like to see them in. I can also add your brand or ranch name to the sculpture. Please email us with details and we can discuss price.

What if my item breaks? What do I do?

Accidents happen unfortunately! If your item breaks during shipping or is in need of fixing we are happy to repair it within a reasonable amount of time after purchase however shipping costs will be your responsibility.

I am disappointed with my order. Who do I call?

Oh no, we are sorry to hear that! If you'd like to return or exchange items from your order, please reach out to us. Please note you are responsible to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning an item or exchanging an item. Refunds will not be issued in full for items that return damaged or that are never received we highly recommend providing our team with the shipment tracking number.

What if my shirt or sandals don't fit? What do I do?

No problem! Just send it back and we will make adjustments. We want you to enjoy your purchase and be comfortable in it.
